FAILED TO INPUT PREMIERE PRO

I have trouble uploading Envato elements, pixels, music, and many other things I uploaded it already to the latest version! and it keeps replying to this error, I hope someone can help me out otherwise I'll just switch to another company. Thank you!

So what is your current version of Premiere Pro? As in ... from the Help/About dialog ... 23.1.0 build 86 ... ?

 

Do you have AfterEffects installed, and if so, which version?

    Hello Neil

     

    Thank you for contacting me about Premiere pro version 23,1 and After Effects 21,1 these are both the latest version. The build 86 I could not find the quick on adobe cloud. 

     

    I hope you can find a way out of this 😉  See the image for more information.

    it only means i moved your message to a forum where you're more likely to get a helpful answer.  nothing to do now but wait for a premiere expert to address your issue.
