Failing to re-transcribe

Hi,

So I have an old transcript in the project, I've updated audio, now I need to revise the transcript, so, I clicked the three dots and selected re-transcribe, like I would normally, and made sure the dropdown box had all the right details selected, however when i click transcribe, it does nothing, i can't get premiere to transcribe the mix.

Does anyone have any ideas why that might be happening?
