FAQ: How do I create a simple title using the Type tool in Premiere Pro 2019?

Create a simple title by doing the following:

1. Select the Type tool
2. Click in the Program Monitor
3. Type your title
4. Stylize the Title in either the Essential Graphics panel or the Effect Controls panel
   • Essential Graphics panel: contains basic stylizing controls
   • Effect Controls panel: contains same controls in addition to keyframes for animating certain text parameters under the Transform section

Optional steps if you want to turn your graphic into a reusable template:

1. Save the graphic as a template by choosing Graphics > Export as Motion Graphics Template
2. Name the template and save to the appropriate directory
