The Essential Graphics panel was built and meant for completely replacing Legacy Titler.

The Essential Graphics panel was created to streamline the process of creating, working with and editing graphics and titles in Premiere Pro.  Found within the Graphics workspace, the Essential Graphics panel keeps all the tools you need for working with graphics and titles in one place.

Tips:

  • If you do not see the Graphics workspace in Premiere Pro, rename the current Layouts folder inside your profile folder. Then, relaunch Premiere Pro.
  • If you still have trouble viewing the panel, choose Window > Essential Graphics.
  • You should begin moving your titling workflows off Legacy Titler and on to the newer tools.
  • As with all obsolete tools, this titler will likely be phased out, then completely removed in some future version. It is best to prepare for this eventuality.
