File importer gives me a generic error

Hi, I have the Windows 10 HEVC Codec from the Microsoft Store and whenever I import a video file from a Google Pixel 6 it gives me a "generic error".  I attached an example file that doesn't import for me.  Thanks!  The error does not mention HEVC or a codec, just says generic.

Nevermind, solved it immediately after posting this.  It just didn't like the name of the file.  Format was fine.
