Files link only works first half of the video and second half showing up as grayed out

I am having issues with seeing the files in my playback.

You can see that the files have been linked correctly based on how the first half of the files are pulled up but the second half of the files are grayed out and cannot be viewed in playback.  This is happening for all the files throughout the entire sequence where the first half can be seen and the second half cannot be seen.

I have tried:

1) making it go offline and relinking the files.

2)Reimport all the files back into the project

3) opening the sequence as a team project or as an offline local project.

4) Switching Renderer from Mercury Playback Engine Software Only vs. CUDA. Same thing for both settings.

I would appreciate any insights to how to correct this problem.

The files are recorded in mp4 format created using a Gopro camera (512x2988 resolution, 29.97 frames/second)

I would also add that when I play the video in the source screen, the entire file plays normally.  Just that in the sequence, it is doing the weird thing where only first portion of the video file is showing up and the later protion of the file is showing up grayed out in the playback sequence.

I am running it on Adobe Premier Pro v24.6.1.  Running on windows 10. 13900k, 64GB DDR5 Ram Nvidia 1080TI

I have thus figured out it is an issue between proxy files and full resolution file having two different audio channels.  For the proxy files, when it was created, I had removed the audio entirely while the full resolution files have the same video output but I had removed the audio files for the proxy files.  How do I go about relinking it? I didnt need audio which is why proxy files were created without audio.
