Format Adaptation

Hello, 

I have a problem, so actually i am doing a montage with videos with differents formats (1080p and 720p) and when i put them on my timeline the 720p videos are zoomed out 

so i want the 720p videos to adapt automaticly to my project settings. 

Can someone tell me how can i do that PLS.
