FPS won't match on export

Hi guys,

All my clips and sequence is at 14fps, however on export there is obviously no option to select 14fps (15fps being closest) and match source puts it at like 14.87 fps.

So when I export the video it is duplicating one frame every 14 frames or so and it looks like a tiny lag spike.

Thanks! I think in the future I'll just have work at 12fps or 15fps, I don't believe there's any fix for this but thought I'd double check.

Most likely your footage is variable framerate.

Convert to 15 fps constant framerate before importing into Premiere.

My footage was variable, ranging from 12-14fps, but then I changed every clip by going modify>interpret footage>14fps. Is this the same as using something like handbrake?

I would prefer the video to play at 14fps as a stylistic choice. Is there anyway to export it as that?

Otherwise yes, I will have to go and convert my footage to a framerate that premiere can export as.
