Frame io

I got to use it once. Now it won't open in Premiere Pro. I go to Workspaces and then Review. However, when I click review I don't see the Frame io interface anymore. 

Anyone?

    Method 2: the Review Workspace, which includes frame.io panel. And here's a help page:
