Frame replacement error canceled after multiple attempts at importing

Hi all, when importing video clips to mpg with no problems and working in players it gives me this error of frame replacement cancelled and does not make them available to me.

 

I read around in the forum, but the error is not related to the import stage but to the export stage. How to solve this problem? It is blocking my whole production process.

 

I tried both loading with the loader from disk and dragging and dropping the files, but the result is what see in the picture

 

My version is Premiere Pro 23.6 updated yesterday

    Hey LivioVarriale,

    Sorry for the poor experience. I have moved this post to the Discussions section for troubleshooting. Do you only see this problem with mpg format media? If so, please let us know the source of this media. We're here to help; just need some more info.

    hi mpg, mpeg. 

     

    The strange thing is that those videos where working time ago. Sometimes it happens with huge avi too and after it slows the time line. 

     

    here you are the files. I tried to convert with media encoder, but nothing, it gives me the same error
