freezing

Video Player is freezing , sometimes the project panel where our files are shown automatically scrolls to down. freeze ,fails to open projects sometimes , we have to restart app to fix the problem, its happening frequently ,lagging even after fully rendered,

    You've listed a bunch of things, but gave no info at all into you setup. OS, PP version, hardware, network setup, etc.

      Sorry about the poor experience. The scroll issue has been addressed in the latest Premiere Pro Beta release. You may refer to this link to learn more about the Creative Cloud Beta program. For the freeze issue, we would like to know more details. Please share the system specs & the type of media files you are working with.
