Frozen first clip in sequence

Hello all, I am fairly new with Premiere Pro and having a pretty consistent issue. I can creat the video I want (intended to be a promo for a local event) and everything looks fantastic in the program. However when I export it to my desktop the first clip of the video shows as a still image. Once the next clip come it plays fine and I have no other issue to the end of the video. Just that very first clip in the sequence not playing. Any help would be MASSIVELY helpful!
