Full Resolution Export Settings for Premiere Pro

I am trying to export a 1080 x 1080 video from Premiere Pro and it keeps coming out pixelated. It looks clean and perfect in the preview prior to export. I need to know optimal export settings for full resolution video please.

Can you post screenshots of your sequence settings, media properties, and export settings?

Posted them. Not sure where to find media properties but the raw video is 1080 x 1080, 360 photos rendered to a 360 video in photoshop, then brought in Premiere for finsl edit.
