Hi, I was wondering how I add a Blur to just a section of my clip. I want a blur to start around 1 minute in and only last for 40 seconds. Is there a way to do this or do I have to seperate the video into sections and add it to one section?

Hi, that doesn't show me how to adjust the time that the blur remains on. I'm not doing a face or wanting it to track anything. I just need a static blur to appear for a short duration mid clip. I'll keep playing around.

Use keyframes for blur or just cut the clip.
