Getting Black Screen in Render

Hello All,

I had a problem in premiere pro when editing Inst 360 & GoPro video, I got this kind of issue and a black screen. After rendering also the same issue was found when 360video comes, that place only gets a black screen.

Sorry. Give us full details of your computer system and its components, like CPU, GPU, and RAM. Also include your GPU's device driver version.
