Getting error message "Sorry, an error occured" when opening Premier Pro

I'm getting the screen "Sorry an error occurred. See attached screen capture.  I went thru the steps where it thinks I need the newest version.  I have the newest version 24.1.  I also unstalled Premier and reinstalled it.  Still no luck.  Mac Studio 2022, Apple M1 Max, 64GB ram, Sonoma 14.2.1.  Any assitance, on how to fix this, would be greatly appreciated.  Regards, Mike

I didnt use the cleaner tool because I dont know what it is and have never heard the term.
