Ghosting With-In Premiere On Export

So With-in premiere everything looks perfect. I'm dynamic linking to after effects in order to accomplish a certain transition with graphics and roto (there's no motion blur activated anywhere).

There is infact a file i'm using with-in the project which was 30fps which I re-interpretted the footage to 25fps; also polsterized the time to 25....

And i know my render setting are fine, just started H.264 (never had an issue)

Perfect solid white line In premiere:

Ghosting effect after export:

Set everything (sequence settings and export settings) to No Fields/Progressive and try again.

Your settings are set to lower field. Are you using interlaced material if so set it to upper. If not set it to No fields.

Don't think its a good idea to interprete clip from 30 to 25.
I would make the everything the same as the source and export to 25.

Post screenshot export settings with left tab to output and with visible image.

Hey, I've change the file which was 30fps to 25fps. As in re-rendered it to 25fps then re implemented it in. See the image you requested below
