Glitch in tab bar

Hi, it's been since CC2019, and now with CC2020, that I have been experiencing a weird glitch in the tab bar. Basically, out of the blue once in a while, all the tabs move to the right, leaving a blank space on the left.

I have already tried to reinstall Premiere.

My machine is a PC tower (i9 2.6ghz, RTX2070 Super, 64gb ram, Windows10).
