Your clip runs fine on my machine.

Make sure your machine has the latest video driver.

The footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.

Phones record in Variable Framerate (VFR), which can cause a lot of issues in editing software, which likes Constant Framerate. Here is a wiki page to learn more about VFR:  https://www.reddit.com/r/VideoEditing/wiki/faq/vfr

It also mentions the fixes that Ann described: transcoding the footage with a software like Handbrake or Shutter Encoder that can correct VFR issues.

Like Ann suggested, the framerate in the source clip is not constant, but variable. So instead of being a native clip of constantly 120 frames per second, the framerate is used in a variable way.

PPro is known not to handle variable framerate poorly. Please use an application like handbrake (www.handbrake.fr) to transcode the footage to a constant framerate asset before bringing it into PPro.

Hi @Yoganand23702677w9ik,

Sorry for this problem. Can you please try the latest beta build? You can download the latest Premiere Pro Beta build from Creative Cloud --> Beta apps --> Premiere Pro (Beta)

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/creative-cloud-public-beta.html

Please let us know how it goes in the beta build. If you still see this issue in beta builds, please share your original footage again. We will check it at our end and take quick action.

Thanks,
Mayjain
