I am shooting on a sony a6500 and I am experiencing horizontal lines throughout my video when playing back in premiere. Does adobe not support xavc s, if so how? If not, what free software can I use to transcode it to another codec?

    First, have you tried exporting from premiere to see if your output has the problem?  Also, see if you set the source or program monitor to 100% and see if the problem persists.   And have you tried using Adobe Media Encoder to transcode the footage?
