Go to Next Edit Point not working for me

So Super dumb... i just updated from CC2015 and I used to always tap up or down to go to the next edit point on active tracks.  It is no longer working for me. My keyboard short cuts show go to next/previous clip. Any idea as to what I'm doing wrong?

Make sure the tracks are targeted.

So a computer restart and a nudging of the displays and it works now... Thank you @PERU BOB!
