GoPro VR Reframe: Preview Movie Disjointed

Seen on this video, when applying the GoPro VR Reframe plugin to my Fusion 360 video (5.2k clip), when rotating the video within the preview window, there is a visible misaligned joint which renders all other yaw / pitch etc... alterations useless.

What is causing this and what should I do to rectify?
