Got a wierd frame rate error captuering proress 422 material.

Hi hope you can help me with this wierd issue. I made a wierd error when recording from a Z-cam to my Ninja V. I was supposed to record a 4k25fps signal, but ended up getting a 4k50p file. 

BUT when I check the file and steps through the frame, it is 1 frame, followed by 2 duplicaded frames, followed by 3 duplicaded frames, then 1 frame, than 2 duplicated frames, then 3 duplicades frames, then 1 etc...

What's wrong here and Is there anyway to save this file and get it to a normal 25fps/23,96/29,97fps?
