Question

GPU driver update error NVIDIA RTX A5500

Hello team,

I am facing the following error as seen in the screenshot attached, on running all Adobe tools. We have tried to update all drivers manually as well as recomended latest drivers. Request you to please look into this and help resolve. No interruption in working as of yet, but having the right updated drivers would increase compatibility issues and rendering speeds.

Please do let me know if there is an active solution to this.

Thanks and Regards,

Robin A.

Try to do a clean install with this driver: NVIDIA RTX / Quadro Desktop and Notebook Driver Release 535 | R535 U4 (536.96) | Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 | NVIDIA

The card itself is on the list of supported cards, so it should work.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
