Graphic Captions Positioning

I feel like I am having a brain fart. Apologies if this is extremely basic, but, I appreciate the help. 

I have graphics captions, but they are all in different positions. Some are off screen, others are in a suitable position. Also, there are so many parameters relating to the position of these graphic captions. I am not sure which to even adjust - Effect Controls: vector motion, text transform or video motion. Then you have essential graphics, which also moves the captions. They all move the graphic captions.
