Green Lines across Premiere pro

Just got a new pc with Nvidia Geforce 2070 super graphics card and all the relevant bits. Downloaded premiere pro and when importing files to edit I was confronted by green lines across both the preivew and timeline viewing boxes. I did look at other articles, downloaded the latest Nvidia drivers, installed old versions of premiere pro but nothing has worked yet! Any help on this would be most welcome as it's my job and vital i get rid of this bug 🙂
