green stripes all over my projects :(

Hello all,

I just wanted to export my finished Video from premiere pro, i opened the Video and saw that it has this violet and green stripes all over the Video. I closed the Project and restarted my Notebook and it was still like his (as you can see in the picture) so i opened old project and saw that every projekt now has this stripes Can anyone help me ? I have premiere pro since 3 weeks.. NEED HELP !
