h.264 playback problem on QuickTime

Since updateng from 2020 to 2021 our h264 exports have had audio issues in the quicktime player. It will play in the beginning but will go out of sync over time. Skipping forward in a video either stops the audio or throws it completely out of sync. Videos play fine in other players and videos we exported prior to updating play fine in quicktime.

How could I fix this problem?

Thanks for writing in. I understand your H.264 exports gives you audio sync issues in QT player.

Ideally, Premiere Pro does not affect the playback in a specific player. Does it play fine in Premiere Pro application?

After dealing with this problem for the best several weeks, I finally I re-installed the 2020 version (14.9) of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder and it worked again.
