Half of Audio not exporting

Hello I have a 20 minute video with two audio tracks, dialogue and music. When I export the second half of the music track is muted. I have tried rendering In to Out and Audio as well in the Sequence menu but nothing works. Help Please!

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

If the music track has an mp3 file on it, convert the mp3 to wav in Audition and replace the mp3 with the wav.
