Happy Halloween! It would be cool to know your best "scary" video effects. Do you have any to share? Upload a video or an animated GIF to show us your spooky fx. Show screenshots of your Effect Controls panel, if you can. You can grab free clips on Adobe Stock, if you need source material.

I'll start. I've got a Strobe + Black & White + Invert effect. Good for a "Haunted House" effect (caution: video will contain flashing elements). Free Halloween clips are located here.

Here's a simple take on a pop color look; sort of has a Day for Night vibe.

1. Stack a dark blue color matte over a clip.
2. Change the Blend mode.
3. Opacity adjustment to taste.
4. Done!
