Having trouble exporting at the right dimensions

So, I have edited a video at 1920/1080, but when I try to export it as an MPEG4, I keep getting presets of 176/144 and 352/288. When I raise the profile level to 5, I can get it up to 720/480, but can't get it to export at 1920/1080. I get an "Invalid framesize/framerate for this level. Please lower the video bounds or frame rate, or increase the Profile and Level and try again." Not sure what to do. Any ideas?

Looking up the standards, Level 5 doesn't support 1920x1080. You'd need to use Level 5.1 or 5.2.

Don't use the MPEG 4 Format.  That's for older cell phones.

Use the H.264 Format, which will still come out as MP4 files.
