HELP export problem

I get this export screen on final export. It gets to 95% complete and I get this screen. Any suggestions?

I changed the export setting from Match Adaptive High Rate to YouTube HD 1920x1080 and that did it.

Note it has a timecode? That's because there's a problem at that point in your sequence.

So ... go there, check what's going on. Maybe rebuild it. Then export.
