[Help] Graphics Template Text

Premiere 2019

I've making my own text template but there is an problem:

I couldn't eradicate the text in the original template but it's possible to do that by changing the text in different time points (usually 3).

Normally you will see the name of the clip shown is changing while you are editing the text, but mine didn't change.

I've checked that the original template clip got this problem too. Is there any way to fix?

*The images show that the name shown on the clip remains the same even I've edited the text
