Help! HLS Color Effect Missing in New Premiere Version – Need Solution for RGB/Rainbow Texts

Hey everyone, I’ve run into a problem with the new version of Premiere Pro. It seems like the Color HLS effect has been removed, and I really need help ASAP. I used to rely on this effect to create RGB and rainbow-style text effects for my YouTube videos, but now that it’s gone, I’m totally lost. Does anyone have a preset, alternative method, tutorial, or anything that could help me recreate this effect? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or resources you can share. Thanks in advance!

Correct answer PaulMurphy

You can replace the HLS Color effect with the Hue control in the ProCamp effect.

The Color Balance (HLS) effect, along with other legacy effects, has been removed. For more information, refer to this list of removed effects and transitions: Adobe Help: Obsolete Effects.
