Help please GTX 1080 ti

Hi everyone, any help would be greatly appreciated. My current set up is an HP z620 workstation with Windows 7 (64) 96gb Ram and 2x E5-2670 Eight Core 2.60GHz Xeon processors, in it I have a Nvidea GTX 960 graphics card, my question is I'm wanting to replicate this set up as it works so good, but struggling to get a brand new gtx 960, does anyone know if the GTX 1080 ti would be ok to use in prem pro 2017?
