Help!! Premiere Pro Black or Blank Screen Issue

Hello,
I'm stuck in a serious problem and all attempts to solve it failed

I have: GeForce 1060 6Gb (And updated drivers)

And I'm working on Premiere Pro updated

When I use Ultra key in the effect 'soften'  monitor screen becomes black although I can still hear the audio.

And all this for no apparent reason When I tried to export in this situation, then came the notice with error. Like this: You can see in the picture

I tried to erase the cache, it didn't help, I do not know what else to do. And it hurts my job, can anyone help
