Help Premiere Pro sync audio & Cut togehter

New Here ,

This is my problem.

Both audio tracks have exactly the same content, one is the camera audio, the other is the microphone audio.

I have the audio track at the top where the cuts have already been made.

Below is the audio track that has not been cut.

How can I get the lower audio track to be synchronized and cut in exactly the same way as the upper track?

Are there tools to do this or is there a tutorial on YouTube that I haven't found?

There's no way to select all the clips in the timeline and have the video sync with the audio as timeline sync options like that are only one video clip to one audio clip. The best method here would be to use the Create Multicam Source Sequence and have the waveform sync make you a multicam clip. You can then either use that as your new Source clip with the entire shoot or open that multicam clip in the timeline and copy/paste the synced clips to a new, regular editing timeline.

I would personally use the Multicam Source Sequence as my new master clip.

EDIT: Apologies, I misread this as one video and one audio track. Did you manually cut up the audio on the top track or did it come that way off the card? If that's the way it came you can probably use the same multicam technique.
