Help With DVD Authoring

Hi Everyone,

I have a question. I was working on a project for a client in Encore. I created a whole functional DVD menu that was ready to go, but I needed to secure the supplies to burn my project. A few weeks later, I came back to my project and Encore is no longer in service. I have no access to my finished project so I'm kinda pulling my hair out at this point... I spoke with someone in support and they said that Encore is "obsolete" now, but Adobe offers no other program to author DVDs.

My question is... Can anyone offer some advice on how I can complete this project in another Adobe program? I have my backup files that were created in Encore (menus and video/audio). I have looked into other programs outside of Adobe, but I really don't want to start all over and pay extra money for a software I don't want.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Encore is "end of life" and not supported, but it is still in use. It is the only Adobe product that will author DVDs and Blu-rays.

This is the link for info re using Encore CS6 with CC:

http://helpx.adobe.com/encore/kb/encore-cs6-installed-cc.html

You must install the library separately. See the link on that page for instructions.

And, the link on that page to the "using" Encore with CC tutorial (Using Encore CS6 with PremierePro CC « DAV's TechTable) is broken. It is here:
