High pitched feedback from lav mic

I recently conducted an interview in which I was using a bluetooth lav mic with my Canon video camera. I didn't realize that there was a constant, high pitched feedback from the microphone throughout my whole video until after I imported into Premiere Pro to being editing. Is there a way to remove this feedback sound?
