How can I find the missing 1 frame on the timeline?

How can I find the missing 1 frame on the timeline? This often happens if the clip sticks to playhead or audioclip. Why not Adobe make an indicator (like yellow, green and red lines)? He will signal to the editor "Look here, the frame is missing here!".
To my disappointment, I can see this frame in the video after rendering. But I may not see it, because I need to blink, I'm alive 🙂

In this example one "black frame". But it is not visible during normal work with the program

With the sequence active, press the Home key to move the playhead to the start of the sequence, then press Shift + ; to move the playhead to Go to Gap > Next in Sequence:

which will move the playhead to the next gap it finds in the sequence. Repeat until the playhead does not move - there are no more gaps.

    Thank you! Now I know this is a gap (I was looking for a "black frame", "skipped, missing frame", etc.).
    This method doesn't work if there is an audioclip, for example a musical background 😞
