How do I bulk export individual clips to maintain their source filename and source timecode?

I have about 100 raw clips that were received upside down and flipped.  While I normally use Media Encoder to export them at 180 degress, I am not able to flip footage in encoder and have to go to premiere.  While it is simple enough to apply the "Flip" effect, I now need to export the clips individually and have them maintain their source timecode.  This is so editors will be able to match the hi-res footage with the proxy or raw files during edit as the clips will be distributed for multiple projects.

Any suggestions on the most efficient way to go about this?
