How do I designate a scratch disk in Premiere Pro CC?

I'm upgrading from Premiere Pro CS5 to CC, both on Windows 10. My previous projects are stored on my 😧 drive (an SSD). When I try to open them in CC, I get a message saying, "The scratch disks are write-protected or unavailable," but I can't find where to designate them in CC. If I move a project from 😧 to another drive, I can open it. I can also save new projects to 😧 and reopen them with no problem, so maybe this isn't strictly a scratch drive issue.

Thanks, Meg. While that sorts out the scratch disks, I still get the same warning. I have my projects on the same disk, but, as I said, if I create a project there, I don't have a problem, only when opening old ones. Any idea what might be causing that issue?

I would suspect the old projects are looking to use a destination that was modified or removed during the upgrade - but this a guess.

If you can move the projects to another drive, and get them to open, can you then save those projects on the D drive successfully - get them to both save and open from there (if that's where you want them to be)?
