How do I export my PP workspace settings to another machine?

I want to export my FCP7 style workspace layout to a friends machine, so I can edit on that

Ive gone into AppData/Roaming/Adobe and found all the other "Workspace" folders, for every app I have EXCEPT Premiere Pro - the one app ive saved custom workspace settings on!

Such an incredibly simple concept - and yet I cant find info anywhere about it! Please tell me how I can export this workspace layout.

The workspace is saved as part of the project file.  Just open a project on the other machine.

Sync it to your Adobe CC Cloud files. Then you can simply log into it on the other computer.

Thats very handy, thank you. One problem - my friend would like to use my settings too, as I have it set up "FCP 7 style", and hes a novice, so would be nice if all his shortcuts matched mine - so I could run him through things on the phone etc

Obviously hell be logged in then? Can I export for use outside of my account?
