Hi Olav,

I would call the video damage if that's what you are speaking about, "dropouts." It's an emulation of damaged video playback from worn tape. It looks like a tape that has been played many times, perhaps. I hope that helps. There are no effects or presets I know of to achieve the result. Maybe it's a recording of a VHS tape that has been overlayed. I am not too sure.
