How do I import a video with multi audio channels?

I used Bandicam to record some gameplay. In it's settings I can have it record 2 channels, one for the computer and one for a microphone, sound board etc. But when I import the video into Adobe it only has the first channel which is computer sound and doesn't have my soundboard at all.

Bandicam has both channels inside the video file (somehow) and when I edit those using sony vegas it just brings both on different tracks automatically but adobe doesn't seem to detect the second channel. Is there a reason for this? How do I change that so I can edit both?

P.s. Bandicam does have a setting where the audio tracks are saved as separate audio files from the video, though I'd prefer not use that method unless absolutely necessary as it's much more messy in my folder and I like not having 3 files for every 1 video.
