How do I instantly zoom in/out (not smooth zoom)?

Hey everyone,

I've looked all over YouTube and the forums but can only find demonstrations relating to a smooth zoom (which is simply the default setting of premiere pro). What I want to do is an instant zoom where  it would go from say, 100% scale instantly to 200% scale with no gradient in between both frames..

In the picture below, in the yellow circle, we can see a gradient from the two frames which I cannot figure out how to remove. Also, I have no idea what the stuff in the red circle does, and would love to be enlightened.

Set keyframes to Linear for instant movement.

To remove keyframes lasso and hit delete.

You dont need to use the graph if you do not understand how it works. I seldom use it.

If you click on the keyframes it shows handles for smooth movement (depending on the type of keyframe used)

The first tells you the if the parameter increased or decreased

The second one tells you the speed/velocity between two keyframes.

I use Richard's solution when I resize my 4K media in a 1080 timeline.

    You could also just cut the clip and change the scale.
