How do I properly format a video from adobe premiere pro to youtube

Having trouble formatting my video so that I can upload it on youtube Can anyone help?

    Select what you want to export.

    Go to the menu File > Export > Media . . .

    When the Export Settings Pane opens, set the Format to H.264 and the Preset to the appropriate YouTube Preset. You may have to scroll down the drop down menu of H.264 presets to see the YouTube presets.
