How do I smooth the rough edges on text?

The text I'm using in my video looks okay until I export media, and suddenly the text has rough edges when I watch it back. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Try a different font.

Dont increase the size of the font through Video - Motion, either do it with essential Graphics Tab
