How do I transfer a project file to someone else

I've been doing freelance work for a client and will no longer be working with them. I have agreed however to share the template we've created so it's easy for the next person to continue the same look of videos. I would like to dump everything the person needs into a google folder or Dropbox folder. What's the best way to do it? I know the project itself has the premiere file but I'm wondering if they would need the actual files used in the video too in order for it to show up when they open it.

If they need the assets (which I'm guessing they will) then you'll want to package up the project with Project Manager to gather all the assets. Here's a video that goes over the process:
