How to add GoPro plugin to Premiere Pro on a Mac?

Hi All,

I'd like to add a go pro vr plug in to premiere 2020 to edit a 360 footage

I just can't find the library folder in Premiere

I'm using Mac Book Pro and these are my steps:

Finder> Application>Adobe premiere 2020
